WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) -- A machine shed fire reported Friday morning north of Wausau remains under investigation.
The fire was reported by the homeowner at a property on County Road WW in the town of Texas. The scene is on WW between Town Hall Road and Green Valley Road. The fire was reported around 7 a.m. Friday.
Town of Texas Fire Chief Rick Walters said the shed is a total loss. There was farm equipment and chickens inside.
Crews from the town of Texas, town of Maine and city of Wausau responded.
A cause has not yet been determined.
