BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo Police are on the scene of a shooting on the city's lower west side.
The incident happened late Tuesday afternoon on Niagara Street between Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Police are currently investigating, but say one person has been shot.
Seven Eyewitness News has a crew on scene.
