
One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Dover Township on Friday afternoon.
York County 911 confirmed that the coroner was called to the scene of a crash in the 6600 block of Carlisle Road.
The crash occurred around 2:30 p.m. and has closed Carlisle Road between Conewago Road and the northern intersection of Old Carlisle Road.
Northern York Regional Police said in a statement that a Pontiac sedan traveling northbound on Carlisle Road struck a package delivery vehicle that was pulled off to the side of the road.
The operator of the Pontiac died at the scene, the release said.

Northern York County Regional Police are investigating.
No more information is known about the victim, or if there are additional injuries.
