APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) -- Nearly a dozen squad cars have been spotted near West Packard Street and Douglas Street in Appleton.
A WBAY photographer on scene says 10 Appleton squad cars were on the scene, as well as a SWAT team.
Earlier, squads with the Grand Chute Police Department were also in the area, however those vehicles left shortly after our crew arrived on scene.
Details regarding the heavy police presence weren't immediately provided to WBAY.
