About 10:30 p.m., a vehicle struck a man in the southbound lanes of I-94 near 115th Street, and fled the scene. The driver of a second vehicle saw the accident, and attempted to veer left to avoid striking the pedestrian, but crashed into a concrete wall, also hitting the pedestrian, state police said.
