Through a partnership with Community Food Share, CU Boulder helped deliver food to 216 people on April 29, distributing 9,583 pounds of pantry items, fresh produce and dairy products. There were 16 volunteers from the Volunteer Resource Center, CU Police Department, Center for Student Involvement, Off-Campus Housing and Residence Life. Attendees included 133 undergraduate students, 42 graduate students, 21 CU staff members, sevent faculty members and 13 community members.
On April 30 and May 1, CU Boulder's East Campus became a COVID-19 drive-thru testing site through a partnership between King Soopers and the Colorado Emergency Operations Center. Participants were required to register in advance for the free service.
