SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Police are investigating a truck crash into a Springfield school.
Officers responded to Bingham Elementary School at Cherry and Barnes around the noon hour.
Investigators say the driver got out of the truck through the passenger door, then left the scene. Police did not release a description of the driver. The crash damaged the corner of the school.
The one person inside the school was not hurt.
