Port head coach Jadet Meelarp is happy with the star power his club has assembled during the novel coronavirus-induced break.
It has been two weeks since the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) allowed football teams to train as the coronavirus threat eased in the country.
All players and members of the coaching staff were subjected to screening before being allowed to train at the PAT Stadium on Sunday.
Jadet said the team have been training for two weeks now and the players were in high spirits.
"Every training session is full of excitement and I only see motivated players all around me," said Jadet.
"The good thing is that there are no differences between the old and new members of the squad. We realise that we are one unit and have to play as a team no matter what.
"We don't have any problems right now. Every player is determined to do his duty both on and off the field.
"We have so many good players to choose from. We all have the same target, which can be only achieved if we played as a team."
Port are currently joint third in the league with BG Pathum United with 10 points each after four matches, two points adrift of pacesetters True Bangkok United and Ratchaburi.
Thai Leagues 1 and 2 are scheduled to return on Sept 12.
