ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ) - UPDATE: Roanoke Police say a man and a woman both arrived in personal vehicles to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with non-critical gunshot wounds Friday night.
Officials believe the shooting happened in the 1800 block of Gandy Drive NW. No arrests have been made.
Anyone with helpful tips to please call 540-344-8500 or text 274637 (beginning the message with “RoanokePD” for proper delivery). Roanoke Police say both can remain anonymous.
EARLIER: One woman is in a hospital following a late-night shooting in the Lincoln Terrace area of Roanoke, according to police.
Officers were called to the scene around 10 p.m. Friday.
No information has been released about the woman or her condition.
