CHICAGO (CBS) — A police standoff was under way Wednesday night on the city’s West Side.
A SWAT team was on the scene at 3600 W. Franklin Blvd. as of 10 p.m.
Police said a 30-year-old man was barricaded alone inside a second-floor apartment after firing a weapon.
There were reports access to the building was being blocked.
There were no injuries late Wednesday night, and the investigation continued.
