Dr. Jill Biden, the First Lady of the United States of America, took on the 2020 Tokyo Olympics scene as she cheered on Team USA Saturday morning. She saw several events, after taking in the opening ceremony. She got the chants and she saw the USWNT, U.S. swimming team, and team USA's 3x3 basketball team. Members of the swimming team chanted and cheered on first lady Jill Biden from the stands as she sat across the pool, stood up and waved thanking the members.

Biden also stopped by to cheer on the USA Basketball 3x3 17-10 victory that featured the WNBA's Allisha Gray of the Dallas Wings, Kelsey Plum and Jackie Young of the Las Vegas Aces, and Stefanie Dolson of the Chicago Sky.

The Americans chanted "Dr. Biden, Dr. Biden", cheered and clapped at the end. Past U.S. first ladies have also attended the Olympics over the years such as, Michelle Obama at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, England, Laura Bush at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, and Nancy Reagan at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California.

Other world leaders that were also in attendance for the Tokyo Olympics were French President Emmanuel Macron, Emperor Naruhito, Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide, Tokyo Governor Koike Yuriko, WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and President of the Tokyo Olympic Organizing Committee Hashimoto Seiko.
