ROSSFORD, Ohio (WTVG) - A Rossford City Councilmember was arrested the night of St. Patrick’s Day for allegedly driving drunk into people’s yards, cars and trees.
According to the incident report, Christopher Heban, 40 was arrested after onlookers called 911 saying he was driving erratically on Glenwood Road and Santus Drive shortly after 9:30 p.m.
He’s being charged with Driving Under the Influence and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
